You will need to loosen your tight clothing, and your doctor may ask you to remove your jewelry. Before the process, the bladder needs to be emptied. You will need to sit on a chair; a sterile mouthpiece will be given to you. Then, you will be asked to exhale and inhale in multiple ways.
Your doctor will carefully watch the process for trouble breathing, dizziness, or any other problem.
