2. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Not misuse WhatsApp for spam or unauthorized messages
• Accept notifications related to appointments, reports, and service updates

3. WhatsApp Communication Consent

By opting in to our WhatsApp number:

• You authorize Medimaa Imaging to message you
• You understand messages may include appointment details, reports, offers, or updates
• You can opt-out anytime by messaging “STOP”

4. Diagnostic Service Limitations

We provide high-quality medical diagnostics, but:

• Report interpretations must be done by certified doctors
• Test results may vary depending on medical conditions
• Medimaa Imaging is not responsible for misuse of reports

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments may be:

• Rescheduled at no extra charge
• Cancelled as per our internal policy
• Delayed in case of emergencies or machine maintenance

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, reports, images, and communication materials belong to Medimaa Imaging. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Liability

Medimaa Imaging is not responsible for:

• Losses due to network issues or WhatsApp downtime
• Delays in message delivery
• Misinterpretation of medical reports without a doctor’s consultation
